Mic&Co. was founded and is headed by Tommy, a certified accountant and seasoned finance professional who has spent most of his career to working with international and global advisory firms.

Tommy possesses more than twenty-one years of experience, which includes fifteen years in corporate finance, restructuring, and turnarounds with international advisory firms, complemented by six years in finance, accounting, taxation and audit. Tommy is a Chartered Accountant (CA), an Associate Certified Public Accountant (ACPA) and holds Practicing Accountant license from Ministry of Finance, Republic of Indonesia.

Tommy provides assistance to corporations, banks, and private equity funds in areas such as restructuring, corporate recovery and turnaround, serving as a monitoring accountant, and conducting due diligence, accounting, tax, and auditing services. He has served in diverse capacities, including representing debtors, creditors, or as a court-appointed independent expert in court-supervised restructurings (PKPU). Additionally, he has been appointed as a Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO), an independent financial adviser, an independent auditor, and a financial controller.

Tommy has advised clients from various sectors, including technology, manufacturing, mining, energy, agricultural products, and integrated poultry, overseeing complex and demanding projects including stakeholder management.
